"Daisy"

My Flowers

This summer has been very hot.  Some of my
flowers have done very well and some have not.
I've enjoyed them, just the same!

My Asian lily had a lot more
blooms, but I didn't get a
picture of them.

Pretty pink azalea at the corner of the house.

Lavender/blue
clematis.  The
picture is crooked,
not the trellis!

Cool purslane does well even in hot weather.

Bright pink
petunias in a
whiskey barrel.

Red petunias and white petunias with a hummingbird vine on the shepherd's crook.

Another view of the red and white petunias with the hummingbird vine.

Pretty striped
petunias.

Pretty mixed
petunias.

Bright red petunias.  The hummingbirds love them.

White geraniums
and white petunias.

The impatiens do
well in hot weather,
too.

Yellow pansies grew tall
in the hot weather.

More petunias and pansies that grew tall!

Lavender/pink primroses.

My golden hosta
multiplied since
last year and was
very pretty.

The multicolored violas brightened up their little corner of the yard.

My honeysuckle is
doing very well!

My ivy is also
very healthy!

Beautiful swallowtail butterfly visiting
the butterfly bush.  How appropriate!

Pretty little hummingbird
at the feeder.

My "trademark" red begonia in the white swan.  One of my favorites!

My home sweet home in East Tennessee.  The carport really does go downhill,
but so does the driveway!!  Lacy and Cosmo and I enjoy the swing.

When all the work is done and everyone's fed, watered,
fertilized, weeded, and walked, this is what my
Bichons, Lacy and Cosmo, and I do.  It's a great life!!
