Princess Kozanna is a Chihuahua who came from a puppy mill.  She was born on March 14, 2007, and lived in the puppy mill in a little wire cage until she was rescued at nine months of age.  She was only out of the puppy mill ten days when she came to live with me.  She was thin and very scared.  She has no tail and we don't know how that happened.  Kozanna is very sweet and is learning to be a happy puppy.

 

This is the first picture I saw of Kozanna.  I heard her story and when
I saw her picture, I knew she had to come and live with me.

 

Kozanna wears a diaper when she is loose in the house.

 

Kozanna has a pretty pink dress.

Kozanna also has a warm pink sweater.

 

Kozanna loves her warm snuggle bed.

Kozanna likes to cuddle in her warm blanket.
   

 

Kozanna is one of the lucky dogs who made it out of a puppy mill.  Most of them aren't so lucky and live out their lives in miserable conditions.  There are laws against puppy mills and they could all be closed if those laws were enforced.  Please research where your puppy came from before you get it and urge your local officials to fully enforce the laws against puppy mills.  Kozanna and all the other dogs who know the horrors of puppy mills will thank you.
