My name is Ori Mizrahi-Shalom.
I received my engineering degree from the Technion in Israel and worked in the Silicon Valley for 20 years in the computer industry as a design engineer, computer architect and project manager.
I always had a passion for analog. I tinkered with prototype amps for years, but only recently in a serious way. Then I built a few interconnect cables for friends. These were the predecessors of the X-1.
The comparisons against world-class cables and the encouragement from a few close friends convinced me to take the next logical step and offer my own products to the general enthusiast audience.
Audio for me is still a passion. While I find that business is not the same as a hobby, I also realized that I control my own destiny. I'm determined to make this a successful journey while not losing sight of my own little joys in life.
I hope to make a few other people happier as well.
