Trixie is out of a litter we bred ourselves, born November 10, 1990. Her mother is Capella and her father is Ch. Skyhope’s Sitka of Battle. Her registered name is Zvezda’s Bellatrix, after a star in the Orion constellation. We showed her for several years and she only lacks one major win to finish her championship. However, we had better dogs to show so she is now spayed and retired. Trixie is the "enforcer" in our yard – anytime we chastise one of the other dogs for anything, she has to add her two cents’ worth. She ran on our team for several years, and now she enjoys running around our back yard. She likes being up above everyone else and prefers to sleep on top of the grooming table or anything else that might be in the room or on the porch.
